I weighed myself yesterday and I've gained 3.5-4kg in 3 weeks(depending what the scales feel like doing (going out to buy a decent set tonight)).
Was starting out after 5 months off so expected some gain but not quite that much so soon.

No idea what the muscle to fat ratio is but I'm feeling stronger and the training is going well.
Will try and update my journal when I have time with the current weights I'm lifting but the shoulder sure seems a lot more stable now.

Can't remember what I lost when I first started. I was around 11.5 st, I've been up to 15.7 st, now down to around 14.5st after cutting a while ago. It's taken a few years mind !!!

Started training 3 years ago, at a bodyweight of 77kg, I'm now around 117kg, though I was a little bit heavier (119kg) before going on honeymoon. So 40-42kg/90lbs/6.5 stone which ever way you want to look at it.

Still another 25kg to go though

Started at 166lbs (11stone 12), now 214lbs (15stone 4) but id say about a stone of gain was fat. I think I put on a good stone in 6months with minimal fat gain when I started, then went crazy trying to put on weight every week and got soft.

was 10st 12 and 6%bf when I started in may now am 11stone 10 and 13.8% no plans to go any higher than this in the body fat department. as far as I'm concerned thats quite enough of a bulk time for a diet.

Was 135 lbs (!) @ ~ 6 % bf when I started (couple of years ago). I've only really been training 'properly' for about a year now...

    Now 161-2 lbs @ ~ 11%
