Was doing a lower body workout yesterday + tried sldls again but bent my knees more, was aright at the time, but its knacking now!! Anyhow thought I d finish off with some ab work and noticed that theres a GHR bench on the otherside of the gym?! Dont think it gets much use, I definitely never seen it before. Anyhow gonna give it a try next session. When doing these weighted do you use a bar on your back or hold a plate to your chest?

You wont be able to do them weighted on your 1st go, it will probably be weeks before you can. Try them assisted first.
