3to 5 types of exercises with 3 to 5 sets per muscles with 6-10 reps. Can i get bcaa or glutamine in pill form or do i just find it in types of food if so what.

i think you need to cut back a bit, how long do ur workouts last?
you can buy BCAA in tablet form, glutamine is tasteless so is cheaper to buy as powder.
im normally in the gym 45-1hr and i guess mp sell these
they do.
also id have a better split if i were you.
something like
back
legs
chest + biceps
shoulders + triceps.
the only thing is i struggle to find types of workouts for my back i no there are prob loads but i struggle with finding some using free weights
very grateful for ur comments thou n e more help welcome
I do 4 - 5 day splits, but i have been training for quite a while, so my threshold is quite high. It depends on your training experience IMO. Also, if you are going to do 5 days / week, keep them short and sweet to limit overtraining. Eat big and clean.
