    Hey guys,
I've being finding more and more recently that my joints are clicking, its all the damn time now I stand up click click I start walking click click. Aswell when I rotate my shoulders I can sort of feel a cruncing in my shoulders (if that makes sense).
I was wondering if this was a side-effect of training, if so does it have any long term consquences and is there anything I can do to stop it?
    Many thanks jack.

Be careful of your shoulders in particular. Rotator cuff injuries are extremely common and can become quite serious. Check your form on shoulder pressing movements. Do not do presses behind the neck.

However, it is probably nothing much to worry about, but make sure you are getting what you need from your diet.

So; plenty of fats (oily fish is an excellent source), and you might want to supplement with Glucosamine/Chrondroitin/MSM, I do find that it does make a difference.

AS long as it doesnt hurt, 'noisy' joints are nothing to worry about. It can be caused by a number of things, such as release of air 'pockets' caught between different structures in your joints, connective tissue making a noise as it passes over structures, etc.
