Hi i have done max ot but over 4 days not 5 but it still worked strength gains very good and muscle came with the strength. Max ot cardio nearly killed me so i had to stop that and jsut do 30 mins at a moderate pace and they recommend very high protein so id stcik to 1.5g you can only eat so mcuh protein im my eyes you cant fit maore than a pint in a 1 pint jug so once you go over 1.5g per lb of body weight the rest is probably wasted. I know what you mean about the cardio Galtonator! I started doing it with 1 minute jogging, 1 minute sprinting, 1 jogging, 1 sprinting for 16 minutes and it was very tough. You feel good afterwards though, a kind of buzz.
i felt kinda like dying not nice at all
