I'd like to thank you guys for this.. its been around a 6 weeks since I added some additional carbs etc to my diet.. I feel much better and hell of a lot less tired now. Also seeing some pretty good gains for the period I changed my diet... so here is what i am currently doing (this is apart from my normal diet of chicken etc)..
morning:
shake half semi skimmed milk / half water with 25g of whey / 30 g of fine oats.
supps: 2 * omega 3 - 1000mg, 500mg l-glutamine, 2* glusamine sulphate
pre-workout:
2 hours before - either rice + tuna or pasta + tuna
hour before: shake - skimmed milk / 25g whey / 25g dectrose / 2.5g glusamine / taurine / leucine
45 mins before - creatine cree
post work out
creatine mono / omega 3 *2
shake: milk semi skimmed / 25g whey / 25g maltodex/ 25g dextrose/ 30g fine oats / glusamine / taurine / 2* glusamine sulphate and leucine
(i would add bananas instead of the dextrose but i cannot stand them)
before bed:
shake: skimmed milk with 25g whey / taurine / glusamine / flax seed powder
tabs: zma / omega 3 * 2 and 2* glusamine sulphate
i do take leucine in morning shake on non traiing days and take the creatine cree before my tea.
Do you guys think any of what im taking is unecessary?
