there was a thread on exactly the same topic a while ago Sam, I think the consenus was that it doesn't matter
I'm doing the pull / push / legs routine taken from the legendary 'Finlee's beginners guide' and wanted to know if the 'pull then push' should matter if it was 'push then pull'???
Noticed a few posts where people do 'pull then push' to separate the pull from the legs as much as possible as the pull will potentially use some of the stabaliser muscle that the legs also does. Others do 'Push then pull' like my routine (not sure how it worked out like this ha ha!)
Whats the general opinion here as tomorrow would ordinarily be a 'push' day followed by wednesday 'pull'???

Why not just keep it as pull push legs? That way u get more rest between squats and deads.

It doesn't really matter,
Mine is a Legs, Pull, Push
So long as you have a days rest inbetween workouts you'll be fine

When you eat the foods your body is made for (Paleo foods) in a framework that your body is made for (feast-fast, such as IF), it all works beautifully.
For some reason (crazy moment) I ended up doing push pull legs and didn't know whether I needed to change it as the whole routine feels quite comfortable this way round but want to maximise my efforts.
Whilst we're on the subject is there any science or Maths behind increasing the weight per workout when doing compound for bulking?
