right the workout is as follows:
12 mins cycle - hill settings 2nd from top level..
12 lat pull down
12 pull overs (nautilus style machine)
15 leg extensions
12 dumbbell curls
12 dumbell raises lift to side of body to eye level
12 bench press's
12 pec dec's
15 leg curls
6 mins of rowing no 8 out of 10 difficulty setting, 34 rpm..
repeat above weight / machine stuff
running - aiming for a mile at the moment, at around 6.5 mph, want to get up to 1.5 miles at a quicker speed.
repeat above weight stuff
warm down -
and thats about it really..

As Sam says we need to know what your goals are. Here you seem to be doing a little bit of everything but you won't adequately work any part of your body. How many days a week are you training?
