As the title says I am wondering what is the best option. I am away for the weekend with some groups walking and climbing so I will miss what has now become my regular Friday training session. I'm know missing one is not going to make much difference, but I do enjoy my 3 x FB workouts, although I'm not sure I'll be giving my muscles enough rest if I try back to back (tonight and Thursday).
A little advice from the regulars to a newbie please.

    3 full body routines right?

You won't have rested enough in 24 hours to train again. IMO you would be better off missing the session. Alternatively, if you do go - do different exercises to those that you did on your last day, and half the volume.

Agree with this also. I dont like to miss session either so I find that if its a one of then just do it back to back, but as Ollie wrote try to do different exercise and/or less volume.

Miss a session, or do upper body one day and lower the next.

if it was me id go with 1 quality workout and rest the other few nights cos i wouldnt want to be doing two back to back workouts then a day later going hillwayking/climbing which isnt exactly a piece of piss!

thats what would suit me best anyway as im very ectomorphic and need quality recovery and re-fueling time.

i like fb workouts aswell mate.

I was considering doing a split for a change, working on legs tonight since I will be using them the most over the long weekend, and upper body tomorrow. But working hard on my normal routine and just resting seems a very good option, giving me enough rest for the four days.
