I've been a bit of a Dave Draper fan of late and the articles in his website are interesting to read.

I think you have to look back earlier to the Victorian era for prime examples of superb physiques that have been obtained entirely naturally, before the advent of steroids and pro-hormones. Back in the time when building a strong and muscular body was part of the pursuit of ultimate health, not an exercise in harmful chemistry.

    Eugene Sandow:

An outstanding physique by any standards, and one to measure yourself against, as opposed to the distortions that modern bodybuilders like Ronnie Coleman represent.

Sandow was also famous for his incredible strength.
