Not been getting on the forums much as need knuckling down with the diet and training. Don't like to just 'lurk' so don't log on so that when I come back I can catch up using the 'new posts' button.
Anyway, you'd hardly recognise me as of late I have changed a number of things....
1) I am now doing Cardio
2) I am using Glutamine
3) I am only training a bodypart once a week
4) My fat kcals are FAR higher than my carb kcals
Any questions, fire away!
Next i'll be changing to oats post workout.........HAHA. Nah, still using copious amounts of DEXTROSE PWO!

Gota agree with Jules, you sure do look older in the second pic! Guess thats the effect of the sharper look...less tissue to fatten out the face...
yep looking excellent martin. How much weight have you lost between pictures and have you had any strength gains or loses as the weight came off?
