Never mind bloody Daniel Craig, who only got into bodybuilding for a movie role, and probably had endless personal trainers at his dispense.
We should have guys like Van Damme and Stallone who don't need a movie role to get in shape, they just love it, as people we'd like to base our physique on.

I would say he trains heavy and basic as said above.

rilla could possibly give advice on how to look like Russell Crow, in Gladiator if you ask him nice

ps - i wouldnt say frank zane was entirley ectomorph, more ecto/meso

[QUOTE=Rilla;163178]Maybe let people aspire to whomever they want?

this is a good point, everyone has there reasons as to why they work out.

for me its stress relief and since i saw casino royale i thought i'd like to aim for that... maybe when i achieve it i'll probly aim for the next level like some of the atheletes you guys have mentioned.

So what person movie star or not, physique do you aim for? the one that pushes you to go further and to work out even if you can't be bothered that day?
