    Anyone tried Tabata for fat burning?

    I did them but my knees didnt appreciate it too much. Be prepped for some of the worst doms you've ever had.

    31 Mins of non stop hell lol.



    I find Tabatas work for anything,and are awesome. Sprinting,rowing,weights,bodyweight excercises.
