Dif between HIIT and Tabata
Just wondered if someone could explain the difference between the 2 as they seem pretty much the same thing to me!
tabata has to be 20 secs work and 10 seconds rest.
Interval training is where you decide the rest and work times depending on goals etc.
PBs: Squat - 172.5kg, Paused bench - 112.5kg, Deadlift - 220kg, Comp total - 495kg, Snatch - 86kg, C&J - 109kg, Comp total - 189kg
