I've done sub 6:45 times in the past which I was proud of, as it was about two months after joining the gym the first time around. About eight years ago. Told me mate my time, who then informed me of his 5:40 time. Yikes.
Same went for my 10k bike time of 16:22. His time was 15.10 despite being about three stone overweight after quitting pro football.

managed 7min 13 secs i however havent been able to beat it though which is really bugging me as target is sub 7 mins

6:28.5, then slumped.
im not a rowing coach, but i do row. therefore spend a long time on an ergo.
im 78kg, getting there....
