I've done sub 6:45 times in the past which I was proud of, as it was about two months after joining the gym the first time around. About eight years ago. Told me mate my time, who then informed me of his 5:40 time. Yikes.

Same went for my 10k bike time of 16:22. His time was 15.10 despite being about three stone overweight after quitting pro football.

Where you rowing? Are you doing squad training or your own thing?
