My resting heart rate is usually between 47-56 on which docs say is bradycardic which gives me major probs such has feeling faint when i stand ect ,
I used to train 5 days plus 85 ml aweek cycling then it would fall to around 44 which makes you feel ****.
Without ramipril bp is around 55. Feel ok with that.

40 yrs old, 44-48 rhr, BP 120/68 went to doctor, had pain in chest, wired me upto a machine, suddenly alarms went off, nurses ran in, saw me chatting to wife and laughing. Looked at machine, measured heart rate and said....we thought you were dying :-)

42 for me. Did an Ultra in June and after I finished it sat over 70 for the rest of the night. Few days later it was 39 then crept back up to 42. Everytime I have a medical I get the same worried look initially until I explain that its always been like that.
