Not sure where to post this up, but just going through some old M&F mags and saw this guy on teh front cover. Decided to see what his Work Out was as I like the cut of his Jib!

Not massive, not small. Just a little bigger than most of the guys on Mens Health.

After doing some reading and searching online.

Apparently when he was 30 years old. He used to be overweight and decided to change.

Now he looks awasome. But just wondering if this can be done in 2years?!!

Plus any thoughs on doing a FullBody 3 days a week to shed some lower back fat that I'm carrying?

If you really put the effort into it in 2 years almost anyone could do that, yes.

Full body 3x a week is great to begin with and can work even for advanced lifters, all depends on your current position and aims. However do remember that no workout can hit specific areas of fat, it wouldn't matter if you only did legs, you could lose the fat on your chin as it's all down to diets.

Calorie out > Calorie in = Fat loss

    Thanks mate,

Ive been workin splits for as long as I can remember. So decided to change it up and move to 3XFB a week and see what happens.

Just readl that he does 60mins of cardio in a fat burning zone. - So i'm guessing slow pace uphill on a treadmill or cross trainer..

Well it was the Lean muscle plan from this site.

    Mon/Wed/ Friday - Splits

    Mon -Chest/Shoulder/Tricep
    Wed - Legs
    Fri - Back/Bicep

    Cardio in between

as of Monday I moved to FB's Mon-Wed- Fri - all compound moves eg. Bench press incline/Bent over row/ Squats / Shoulder press/ Dips / Pull- ups

Gona do 60 mins of Cardio on Saturday

You could do 60mins slow cardio, or you could do something that is actually going to benefit you like sprints/kettlebell work. 15minutes of sprints (100-200m sprints with 1-2min recovery x8) would be much more beneficial. The fatburning zone is a myth.

Also add to this barbell complexes. These 3 will blast the fat off you! Not only this but they translate well to your max effort lifts as well.
