i am currently in the process of losing weight, i have already lost over a stone due to cycling and healty diet. i still however need to tighten up my stomach as there seems to be no weight loss there from cycling. the problem is that i have a very bad lower back and just by doing a couple of situps i am in massive amounts of pain? i was wondering if anyone could recommend something else which might do the job?
    thanks

go and get your back sorted first!

    gp, chiro, physio etc
"Squatting on a Bosu ball makes it so much more challenging!" So does getting tapped in the balls while squatting, want me to do that too?

its impossible to target areas for fat loss. it occurs all over the body as zeigler says get your back seen to before doing abdominal work because a week core = SNAP! last thing you would want to do is rupture a disc. keep up the cardio and eat loads of asparigus and green leafy stuff. and drink loads of water much more than usual because that last bit of stuborn fat around the waist mite well be water retention, and when you dont drink enough water your body will retain water so drink lots and lots of it so the body will flush out all that unwanted water under the skin. also use thermogenic seasonings like cinamon and caynene pepper and limit salt. and when your back is fully recoverd your workouts should be based on compound movements, squats, pull ups, dips etc
