Doing endless amounts of ridiculous crunch variations and leg raises to focus on building lower abs is utterly pointless and can potentially ruin your lower back in the long run. You need to be doing a good amount of anti-rotiational exercises such as:

Palof Press (Core Press) - YouTube Palof press (isometric holds like this are good)

Dumbbell Row (Renegade) - YouTube - Renegade rows (slower rows make it much harder)

Anti extension exercises like planks and rollouts (i'm sure you know what they are).

Combine those two types of exercises with heavy compound lifts and a general effort to become strong will give you a decent core. But the single most important factor is lowering body fat.

Using this code with your first order will make you a ripped machine. Use with the up most of care!

*may or may not make you a ripped machine...infact it most certainly wont.
