how to get abs? drop bodyfat.
no matter how many situps/crunches u do, u wont get abs without a low bodyfat.
I think he already has abs Tomas....
Steve, from what I know your trying to gain weight, correct? ..If so, your abs will inevitably get smooth and may disappear even. dont worry too much about it, gain some quality weight. Let the nancy-boys worry about the abs![]()
Can everyone stop thinking so much.please?
took me a while to figure out why <3 represents heart. getting too old for this.Quote

I have low body-fat see my abs now, but as i am tryin to gain weight/mass, coz i am too light and wanna build alot of muscle, as i add the weight i wanna keep the abs showing.I just hoping for some idea of some good ab workouts, that some of u recommend from personal experience![]()
i think you have to expect a certain amt of fat gain while you are bulking but if you take to slow muscle gain approach, you shouldnt accummulate too much fat!
dipsy.
If you are bulking and you put on fat i'm afraid you will lose your abs to an extent. NO workout will help you keep them..........
Swiss ball ab cruches are my favourite though![]()
