  • Antarctic Krill Oil

Our new Antarctic Krill Oil has arrived! Extracted from the Antarctic krill species Euphausia Superba, it is rich in the Omega 3 fatty acids, Eicosapentanoic acid (EPA) and Docosahexanoic acid (DHA). These acids have been linked to many health benefits including improved cognitive function, skin health, a reduced risk of cardiovascular disease and inflamed joint diseases.

As the current western diet is particularly low in the more healthy phospholipids fatty acids, supplements such as Antarctic Krill Oil offer an easy and effective way of increasing daily consumption.
The advanced extraction process of Antarctic Krill Oil is performed with the complete absence of Hexane, a chemical often used in lesser quality krill supplements. Our krill oil is produced through a unique and environmentally responsible process, resulting in superior quality oil with minimal impact on the natural resource.

Try this great new product today!

      Just a few questions,

"Hexane", is the old krill oil you have contain this?

Why is this one cheaper than the original?

Are you going to get rid of the old krill oil?

Will you bring out a fish oil that has a balanced epa to dha ratio?

Glad you went for a 250 tub option only i stocked up on the old stuff so probably wont touch this for a while .

      aha, a cheaper one

interesting, i was about to order elsewhere too !.......you may have just won be back as a customer on this product, your other one was slightly more expensive than what i could get elsewhere, and the postage costs on top of that kept me away, its now *just* cheaper than my alternative

however reading the labels it seems various brands do differ in strength/potency, so its something for me to look at

We actually offer a free delivery if you spend over £40 online - but this offer finishes 10th Dec, so you'll have to order quick!

      Hi,
      To answer your questions:
Hexane isn't in the old Krill, and we will be replacing the old product with this product in future - for more detail check out the product page. We have managed to secured a more favourable price from the manufacturer which has meant our costs have been lowered, and we have passed these savings onto our customers. With regards to your question on bringing out a fish oil that has a balanced EPA to DHA ratio - we have a number of options that may suit your needs, such as, Omega 3, Super Omega 3, Omega 3-6-9.

All details can be found here on the product page.

Neptune krill oil has 1.4mg of Astaxanthin per serving compared to this new product which only has 80mcg.
      So how is that "superior"?
If Myprotein is going to remove the choice for it's customers it looks like I'll be buying elsewhere.
