140g of fat is over 1200kcals, that's 33% not 19%
6ft, 11st 4 male on a bulk... 60kg to 70kg in first 2 months, 3kg in the last month.
Avg Daily intake:
Calories: 3600cal
Protein: 287.49g (40%)
Carbs: 296.4g (41%)
Fat: 138.89g (19%)
Fibre: 40.79
I've been told 40/40/20 is a nice ratio for bulking and my diet is in accordance with the Muscle and Size template on MP, however i'm just wondering if i'm eating too much of everything? The amount of protein i'm eating looks a bit too much?

Wooooah! I thought you just add up all the grams of protein, carbs and fat and then work it out as a percentage from that total.
If you would be so kind, how should I be working it out specifically?
One g of protein/carb equals 4 kcal, whereas one g of fat is 9 kcal. So to work out the percentages you'd need to figure out how many kcals you get from each macronutrient and then figure out the percentages...
If you want to be going for a 40/40/20 split then you'd want
360g Protein, 360g Carbs and 80g fat.
Personally that would be too much protein.
200g Protein would be more than enough for you in my opinion.
