    Hey guys,

Knowing I was staying at my girlfriends lastnight I decided before leaving home to prepare a shake mix for this morning...
I chucked 30g of oats into the blender to grind into a fine powder, and mixed in 1scoop of whey (choc flavour). Anyway, when I cam to have it this morning, I found the oats didnt really mix well, am I doing something wrong, or is this just something I need to gulp down!??

    thanks

the MP ultra fine oats powder is best for a quick breaky. plain oats dont get fine enough in a blender.
