If your doing cardio after weights, would you have your shake after the weights or after the cardio. Any thoughts?

sorry i am sure james will give u good reasoning but i would think bcoz the muscles still have alot of blood flowing to them so therefore the protein will go direct to them, also they will be lacking in nutrients expecialy protein so the quicker you get it in the better.

Pretty much right mate, you want the shake asap after doing the weights. It will take 30mins or so to actually be absorbed so shouldn't interfere with anyfatloss you get from the cardio.
