    cheers for the replies......can anyone tell me how to do the multi quote thing?

    green tea sounds like a good idea

    Vit C and GSE(whats GSE!?)..is that pre sleep?

    What is it they say... 'great minds think alike (and fools fail to differ...)'?

    I'm fairly active throughout the day so I think i get enough low impact activity..what sort of pre workout nutrition do you suggest?bearing in mind that there is only time for breakfast(1.5 hours before wokout)

    I don't think I'm over doing it....3 days per week for 50mins each time(mon.wed,fri)...I'm still doing the routine you suggested James..there seems to be enough variety in it for me..
