    1st day on no grains i've had-
    (shake)
    20g whey
    40g MPC
    organic cocoa
    some doube cream
    Cold pressed EVO

    2 beetroot
    2 plums
    some pineapple
    natural bio yoghurt

    How does this look for a no grain breakfast? I can't eat meaty protein sources in the morning at all...especially not fish! blergh!

    Usually a mix of oats, MP Max whey, water and a variety of either yoghurt, milk, peanut butter, bananas or some other concoction. Always a winner, make it the night before and it's a 2 minute breakfast which is far more palatable to an individual like me who finds it difficult to get up!
