    What do you usually eat, I have about 10 minutes to prepare and eat it, so could you suggest something quick and practical for the rest of the day. Right now its ****ty oats in milk.

    2-4 fried eggs on wholemeal toast or an omlette usually.. then a bowl of porridge when i get to work

    Scrambled eggs on their own.

    Premake a smoothie with oats the night before. Can add in whey.

    i have an 8 egg white shake with 30g oats and some yummy methoxy and trib and mineral pills and calcium and a splash of pea (5g) and soy (5g) protien.

    monday, wed, thurs and fri

    6.30 - whey
    7.30 - fruit and yohgurt
    8.30 - porrage and milk

    tuesdays

    7.30 - whey and fruit
    8.30 - fruit and nuts
    10.00 - bacon sausage, beans and egg.......i love tuesdays

    sat and sun

    8.00 - scrambled egg and cheese
    9.00 - whey and fruit
    10.00 - porrage and milk



    i dont have a big appetite in the morning for big meals so its always staggered! tuesdays are my favorate day of the week for breakfast.
