female or male?
Hi Guys
Just wondered if you would mind having a look at my diet and let me know what you think. I am just under 5’11” and around 79 Kilos. My body fat is currently at 17.6% (which has come down from my weighing just over 14 stone and 28% BF – ouch!)
I am currently doing German Volume Training with the following workout
Day 1 legs and abs
Day 2: Chest and Back
Day 3: Rest
Day 4: Shoulders and arms
Day 5: Rest
I usually try and swim or do bag work on my rest days. My diet currently stands at:
Breakfast: 150 gr of meat, some nuts (brazil, pistachio)
Snack: Protein Bar (at least 25 grams of protein)
Lunch: 150 Gr of meat and some salad/vegetables
Snack: As lunch
Post Workout: 25 gr of Whey Protein and 10 L Glutamine
Dinner: 150 gr of meat and salad.
I try and mix up the meat to have chicken, steak, mince etc and not to eat too much of any type. I also chuck in fish as well (tuna, mackerel etc)
I am taking 30 omega 3 fish oil tablets a day spread throughout the day and CLA and omega 6 (all from My Protein)
I am trying to reduce my BF% and also get a little bit of bulk. I am terrible with Complex Carbs (they just sit on me) so try and get my carbs from vegetables (broccoli, green beans etc).
Have I got the right balance?
Any advice is welcome!
