When you eat the foods your body is made for (Paleo foods) in a framework that your body is made for (feast-fast, such as IF), it all works beautifully.

I was hoping to find something easier than typing an item of food one by one and getting it's macro ! that much is usually on packet. I mean't something like a spreadsheet ....type in what you've eaten in a day and that works out what your macros are..?

have you not clicked on the websites themselves??

fitday.com for example you can add things to your pantry and it works out all sorts of graphs for the day

    seek and ye shall find

    Hi,
I've got a spreadsheet made up its pretty rough, you basically put your daily amount of food in and it works everything out for you so that you can then paste it on to a daily log. I hope you get the idea from it and maybe some one could work on it a bit more. pm if you need help with it but i've put some txt help in there.
