Not the best, but if that's what you fancy and you're not too bothered it's fine.

If you want to be obsessive you'd not eat it because
-The carbs and fat at night would make you fat.
-The peanut butter contains estrogenic aflatoxins, even if it's organische
-The proteins are not the best, better off with cottage cheese etc.
peanut butter is a bit naff generally, it's ok to have it now and again but every night is prob too much in my opinion.

-The peanut butter contains estrogenic aflatoxins, even if it's organische - while this may be the case, it is ridiculous to suggest peanut butter might cause any estrogenic related side effects.
-The proteins are not the best, better off with cottage cheese etc. - The only difference is cottage cheese has casein and peanuts are a plant protein. Neither is better nor worse than the other.

Peanut butter is fine, if your relativley lean. Or not trying to get lean. Try find one that isnt so processed. And keep an eye on how much your having as it is very calorie dense.

    Should be you're.

Also, cottage cheese has a complete amino profile, peanut butter does not so CC is the superior protein source.

On the other hand when you've just come in from a dead-late shift (2:00 am finish) and just want to go to bed anything is better than waking up two hours later with a hunger induced headache!

I'd eat anything and worry about the consequnces later (a very lot later probably, ha ha ha).!!!
