So what's your diet like? Post an example of a typical day including supplements.

    07:00

    60-90g Oats
    35g Whey
    5g Creatine

    2 x Omega 3 Fish Oil Capsule
1 x Ultra Green Tea Extract Tablet

    09:30

2 chicken breasts cooked in olive oil

    OR

    Cheese

    12:00

    Wholemeal sandwich

    15:30

    Wholemeal sandwich

    18:15 – Post Workout

    30g WMS

    18:30

    30-40g Whey

    7:30

Stir fry OR Roast Dinner OR Soup. Generally a meal containing a solid protein and carbohydrate source, along with vegetables.

    22:30

    MP’s Bedtime Extreme Formula
    5g Taurine

    2 x Omega 3 Fish Oil Capsule
1 x Ultra Green Tea Extract Tablet
    1 x Vitamin C Tablet
    1 x Glucosamine Tablet

I'm going to try include more fats and possibly reduce the number of meals I eat a day as it's not optimum for health really. I used to have 3 wholemeal sandwiches throughout the day but i'm replacing one with just chicken or cheese.
