not enough cals
this is what i would have on a typical day or near typical day, i know its not the best but i am trying, i used to eat junk food for years but slowly but surely trying to eat healthier, i am fussy with food but do try other things, i have lost 3 stone and now at 13.5 stone, go to gym 3 times weekly and do a fullbody ( hopefully doing it right ), i am trying to lose weight while gain a bit of shape and muscle definition,
breakfast - -wholemeal bread and turkey rashers or eggs - toast
small ham salad sandwich (wholemeal bread
lunch -- chicken rice or chicken wholmeal pasta
shake / glucose
chicken / pile o veg ie corn / onions / carrots / 1 potato but lots of
ryvita and cottage cheese
handfull o raisins
feel free to comment or slate me or currently have some myprotein and looking to get some pulse in future, funds are pretty limited just like the rest of us,

to be honest mike i wouldnt have a trucking clue, not that clues up about weight loss etc, its just that someone posted up mot enough cals, so my reply was as " not even for weight loss", i noticed before you said not enough fats, when i am having the larger meals i do put a good sprinkle of olive oil over the top,,,would this help?
