    Where's the protein?

If you are cutting you want to increase your protein and fats and lower your carb intake.

How about some whey with extra virgin olive oil and some nuts or peanut butter.

    Even better... eggs!

    If your lowering carbs try:

    4 whole omega3 eggs, 7 egg whites

    If you want carbs try:

    150g Oats, 50g Whey

    Whatever you want really
