high dose of bcaa
Guys (and girls if there are any?)
I'm gonna be cutting soon and was wondering if anyone had any advice on any additional supps i should take while cutting so me muscles dont get "eaten" away while cutting?
I'm planning on taking whey protein along with l-glut and some Bcaa's.
Anyone got any views?

yeah, already ensuring i take a good amount but wondered if there was anything else that could aid it so i don't lose any excess muscle than i can help
