Well i just eat what mama gives me - long story cut short.

Well shes heading to india in Feb for a month, which means i can hopefully cook/make and eat healthier foods for a month, and i hoping my healthy habits will then continue when my mum comes back. You get the point anyway.

I woul dlike to diff ideas for each meal so i dont eat the same things all the time, i wont be able to eat the same things everyday i will get bored.

Based on MON - FRI as im prob at college

    Breakfast - 8.30am
Porridge with 1 teaspoon sugar and with dried fruit/ raisins (i will try and cut down the amonth of sugar as i go along so eventually i use no sugar)
I need another suggestion or 2 for breakfast?

    Snack - 11.00am
    Tesco Sandwich
    or
    Tesco Pasta

    More suggestions welcome.

Drink - Tesco apple juice or tesco version of lucozade or kick

    Lunch 1.15
    Tesco Sandwich
    or
    Tesco Pasta

    Snack 4.30
    Beans on toast
    or
    Ham sandwichs
    or
    Spaeghetti on toast

    Snack 6.00ish
Protein Shake with fruit or 15g protein bar

    Dinner 7.30ish
    Scrambled eggs on toast
    Chicken salad maybe
More suggestions needed im out of ideas of healhty options

    Snack
    Protein Shake

Poor diet by BB standards i know!

    Help appreciated

Any links to your diets or any good diets also would help

-Tesco sandwhich or pasta is not ideal.
-Dinner sounds appalling you need more nutrition than scrambled eggs on toast.
-You are basically eating no vegetables, you should.
-Lucozade or kick are not ideal drinks to have willy nilly, have water.
-Beans on toast, spaghetti on toast or ham sandwhiches are not particularly nourishing meals, you should be eating meat and vegetables instead.
-You need more fat in your diet.

What's goals are you hoping to achieve with this diet? Just a change of habits?

If you want to start forming good habits, then don't buy anything you can make yourself. Part of having a healthy diet is figuring out how you're going to prepare the food in advance and carry it around with you when you're at school/work.

So, the porridge sounds like a good start to the day, alternatively you may consider an omelette, with fillings of your choice.

If you are going to have sandwiches, get some decent cooked meat from the butchers and make your own. Don't forget to buy clingfilm and a sandwich box too.

Salads are quick and easy to make. Bunch of salad leaves, bunch of protein, bit of olive oil, close lid of container, done. Although not ideal, they do have cooked meats in supermarkets that you can use when you cannot be bothered to make your cook your own stuff the night before.

For the evening meal, check out the diet section for recipes. I often just put some vegetables, herbs, butter, some water in a pan, place chicken on top, cook for 7-8 minutes, and eat, dead simple! I posted the recipe in the diet section a few weeks ago if you want more detailed instructions.

For your two snacks, you could a mix of nuts and seeds. Brazils, almonds and walnuts would work a treat.

Have you never heard of fruit and veg? Fresh meat and fish?

They are full of micronutrients that the body needs for growth.

Too much bread is bad for your body.

What you are doing is like putting deisel into a petrol car and expecting it to grow.

Seriously mate you've been buying duff eph and all sorts recently. You really need to sort your diet out. Spend your cash on food instead of quick fixes.

terrible, thats like a fiver a day on tesco sandwhiches.... setting yourself up for becoming a fatty tbh.

Firstly get rid of the sandwhiches, make a massive load of whole wheat pasta with chicken and whatever sauce you want and have two portions of that instead. Learn to cook would be a good idea aswell, scrambled egg for dinner is pretty lazy. Theres plenty of things you could have for dinner that are relativly easy to cook curry(not sauce out of a bottle), chilli, spag bol, decent salad, steak and veg etc etc
