well i am currently wanting to tone up
lose some body fat, its just i get hungry very quickly after my meals therefore i need plenty of meals which is a good thing

why do you need to eat anything in between. You wont shrivel up and die by going 5 hours without food.
If you get hungry very quickly in between then you are eating the wrong foods
If you get hungry but don't want a lot of calories, stick with a piece of fruit.
