I wouldn't bother with the malto, just put in a bit more oat or banana.
After some advice from guyz here and time to sit and think, i was woundering what you guyz thought of this for a breakfast
smoothie.
1 tbsp ground lineseeds
200ml skimmed milk
1 medium bannana
1 apple
60g oats
2 scoops maltrodextrin
2 scoops whey
extra water if to thick
i am trying to slowly decrease my carb intake without looseing to much energy, i cant stomach milk at a great amount but the milk in this should be ok.
any suggestions?

If i'm honest that's a crap breakfast.
Eat a hearty breakfast.....for tonight we dine in hell, lol.
Seriously, don't pussyfoot about eating linseeds skim milk an maltodextrin which are all rubbish, even oats and whey arn't ideal for breakfast.
Get some eggs down you, butter, meat, vegetables, full fat quality milk etc.

There's a decent breakfast for all you carnivores!
I think it's possible to eat too much of anything but more so with very nutrient dense foods like liver. I think it's lambs liver that's very high in Vitamin A so I wouldn't like to go eating it by the kilo daily.

It was nz organic lams liver.
I've been eating aroung 100 - 250g a day / eod for the past few weeks tastes good and I like it so I guess if there is nothing wrong with it I'll keep doing it
+ Its around the cheapest healthiest food source around!
