After some advice from guyz here and time to sit and think, i was woundering what you guyz thought of this for a breakfast

    smoothie.

    1 tbsp ground lineseeds
    200ml skimmed milk
    1 medium bannana
    1 apple
    60g oats
    2 scoops maltrodextrin
    2 scoops whey
    extra water if to thick

i am trying to slowly decrease my carb intake without looseing to much energy, i cant stomach milk at a great amount but the milk in this should be ok.

    any suggestions?

I wouldn't bother with the malto, just put in a bit more oat or banana.

    If i'm honest that's a crap breakfast.

Eat a hearty breakfast.....for tonight we dine in hell, lol.

Seriously, don't pussyfoot about eating linseeds skim milk an maltodextrin which are all rubbish, even oats and whey arn't ideal for breakfast.

Get some eggs down you, butter, meat, vegetables, full fat quality milk etc.

I think it's possible to eat too much of anything but more so with very nutrient dense foods like liver. I think it's lambs liver that's very high in Vitamin A so I wouldn't like to go eating it by the kilo daily.
