    hi all,

i have decided to bulk up a wee bit because im 5 feet and 6 inches and weigh 74kg and wanna gain some good lean muscle im aiming to be around 80kg so i wanna gain around 6 kg of pure muscle which i believe will be achievable,

    my BF% is approx 10%

so i have calculated my BMR and also my Nutrional needs and broke it down to this

    Cals:2984 Fat:55 Carb:293 Protein:350

i believe that i am taking in the right ratio because i gain BF easily and was told that if u do increase protein to carbs but keep the same Kcals

if anyone can see if this wont help me achieve my goals please say because i would appreciate ur input,

i work out 5 days a week for at least 60minutes

    cheers

I like it, I wouldn't change it, but you will get different advice. Additionally, that doesn't point out the big picture, particularly what type of carbs, what type of prot, what type of fats. If it's 293 Sugary carbs, mite not help ya, if its 55 of whatever fats, may not be as useful as having a larger proportion of omega's, 350 of protein sounds great.
Also, that would be a primarily bodybuilder diet/goals, is that right?

    cheers guys,

i never really eat sugary carbs unless i am on my "get big day", which is one day a week were i can eat what i want when i want!

also i am planning on adding the Hurricane to the diet which will mean missing a couple of things out, just wondering has anyone used it and is it good for lean mas or lean bulk as everyone is calling it??
