Not sure what breakfast to be having, usually have around 100g scottish oats, this isnt mixed with milk but with whey and water then microwaved... chocolaty taste is good indeed, then topped with a few raspberries.
what else can you suggest for me to try? maybe some eggs? or even fish in the morning? what is your opinion on flat fish? i personally have never tried it but might do so today.
