What foodstuffs do you guys leave out when you count daily macros and therefore calories? I'm currently undergoing the start of a very strict diet and am in conflict between whether I should count calories from fibrous vegetables such as spinach, broccoli, etc.

    it's a moot point really.

Either or would work, as you obviously increase the calories or decrease them according to your goals.

So long as you keep recording in the same fashion it's not really going to make any difference

When you eat the foods your body is made for (Paleo foods) in a framework that your body is made for (feast-fast, such as IF), it all works beautifully.
