    I think coconut oil is only about 50% or so MCTs, the MP brand is presumably a pure form.

    Actually it just looks like the coconpure stuff is organic and guaranteed quality but not more concentrated or anything.

    I thought as much. The indian variety doesnt have any nutrition info other than Coconut other than 100% Púr

    think i will stick to MP's. atleast i know what i am getting
