hi everyone i wanted to see what everyone thought of my diet, i have just ordered lots of stuff from myprotein and wanted to check that it would be ok to use it all together.

training day (every 5th day eg, monday, friday, tuesday etc)

    1 hour before work out:

    Total Protein
    Creatine (CEE)

    strait after work out:

    Recovery XS

    before bed:

    Bedtime Extreme

On non work out days i have the same but without the recovery XS. is this ok?

    my full diet is:

    B
100g sheddies (might replace with ultra fine scot oats)
    apple

    S
    total protein
    creatine
    2x brown toast with marmite
    100g strawberries or other fruit
    25g wallnuts
    200ml whole milk

    L
    100g brown pasta
    125g lean mince
    125g sauce

    D
    100g Brocoli
    100g chicken
    80g peas
    100g carrot
    200ml whole milk

on training days i add the recovery xs strait after work out in the middle of the day.

hope thats not to much information to read!
    any advice would be great.

    Thanks Mike

Not bad, but please for the love of god get rid of the shreddies.....

    Oats would be better.

Move the Total Protein from the monring snack to breakfast, because your breakfast is almost totally devoid of protein.

Presume you are training in the late afternoon?

    Hi, cheers for the replies

i have moved my protein to breakfast,

    and swapped shreddies for oats

i get to the gym between 1 and 3pm

so you think its fine to use those 4 supplements in one day?

thanks caveman im surprised you would rate so high after reading your diet information.

went to the gym yesterday after taking CEE for only 2 days i definitely noticed a difference adding 5kg to my squat after last week writing in my log not to add any more weight. it seemed to run out though after about half an hour maybe where i haven't taken it for long enough.

also bedtime extreme chocolate is REALLY NICE

I doubt you make extra weight to your squats from CEE usage after two days, i would put this down to an increase in strength. Diet is ok but if your trying to increase mass a bowl of cereal and and apple wont do much for you at breakFAST!

Eggs are a good start to the day!

from the synopsis of the naked warrior i think it will be quite opposite, it would be useful working out without a gym sometimes though...

its a good book because its realistic and this guy seems to have done it all. its about years of effort slowly increasing weight though and it assumes you know nothing about training starting from apsolute scratch.

can anyone recomend a propper nutrition book? the thicker the better.
