Yes it is a test but the first few days are the worst. Keep at it, you kind of get into a routine after a bit. Try getting some small tubs and putting your powders for each shake into them then you aren't faffing about half awake in the morning trying to do scoopfuls.
Stick with it, the results are so worth it. Keep yourself as occupied as you can throughout the day so you aren't thinking about your apparant "NEED" for food! I found my log to be a focus as well it has helped me keep to the diet as I feel I would no only be letting myself down but also everyone who is reading on here! I also found that eating my peanut butter froom the spoon helped with my feeling for solid food. It isn't much but it's amazing how lomg you can make it last if you try hard!!!!!

Do you know LH that looks so good seeing it in text that I'm over halfway. Day 18 today. Now craving strange foods!

No LH the cravings are for things like gammon ham, which is usually salty, and not usually what I eat. I've heard that it can be part of the diet to crave salt so I hope I'm on the right track.

As for my NEPA walks I haven't been "walking" every day but have been mixing it in with swimming at a steady pace as my work has booked the pool for us to use. Some days I have been before my first shake but only because the dog needs it. Then again in the evening. Not always for 4 miles but at a fair pace for about 45 mins ish. For the first two weeks I took 12 o3 caps a day 4 at a time but bacause of my stall (plateu) in weight loss in the 2nd week (normal apparantly) I have re-evaluated my macros and have cut down to 3 at a time. But then again my start weight is less than yours I'm sure.

Good to see you have a journal to keep an log of your feelings and thoughts, are you still going to do one LH!
