What kind of training is it you do at 6.45?
Personally, if i'm doing cv first thing in the morning i wont eat anything before, but have some juice + BCAA's during, if it's weights, i'd have a protein shake before, then porridge after.
goin to start the my protein diet for losing fat next week but my training time is early morning so i get up at 6.15 am and train at 6.45 for one hour just wondering what to eat first thing then after training after training i eat all other meals at normal times so i can follow the mp diet thanks for the help

If I trained that early I'd make sure I had a good feed before bed and then just have a whey+oats shake in the morning.
