hey guys im new to strength training, have taken it up to help with my american football, i play for my university team at linebacker and need to increase strength and acceleration. I'm starting on joe defrancos westside for skinny *******s program, its been recommended because he trains college american football players over in america.
im starting to use the impact whey protein as recommended by a guy off my team and now realise i need to improve my diet as well, the only problem is im allergic to certain protein rich foods like nuts, baked beans and fish. could anyone help me work out a diet as im really not sure what to do for one.
