Started my training back up after the christmas break, feeling positive this year so iv started new diet to cut and looking for a bit of input. i have a fair amount of bodyfat to loose.

meal 1: (pre training): oats, whey
meal 2: (Post Training):100g chicken breast (lean), 100g Brown Pasta, herbs
meal 3: Scrambled Egg (Yokes of corse)
    meal 4: 75g Brown rice, Chicken/Fish, Veg
    meal 5: Chicken Salad, Mayo

To replace things im lacking in

    MultiVits
    Codliver oil
    Amino's

I was thinking of adding some healthy fat to my protien shake on morning, what would be reccomended?

If you're looking for some good fats to stick in a shake I'd use Olive Oil.

Was gonna say, if it was only a couple of eggs or something your total calories would have been quite low.
