Yes you should post your diet. It might be a fresh start you but it will be easier to suggest changes to your existing diet than creating one from scratch.

Check Ryan's excelent post about diet and training:

    Hi

    Welcome to the forum...

Just need to ask, are you a vegetarian, because I see no meat mentioned in your diet plan. A bulking diet for a vegetarian would obviously be very different than for someone who eats meat.

    Thanks
    Charlotte

    add 3-5 eggs to breakfast.
overall, add more meat, fats and fruit and veg.

if you wanna get big, you gotta eat big and clean. this doesn't mean to pig out, just as long as your total daily calories is more than your maintenance level then you will gain.

supplement wise, all you need to start is whey and fish oils.

workout plan: post up your current workout plan or what you propose to do if you are just starting off.

    ---------------

    hey,

for supplements: whey and fish oils is all i'm taking at the moment, so i'm on the right track for that...

about my current workout plan: well, i've just begun and frankly i don't know what i'm doing .. coz I really don't know how i should be going about it... though there's an instructor at my gymnasium, but i'm not too convinced if he could really help me out for what i really want..
i'm working on my top on one and lower on the second day...
I desperately need a workout plan...
I'm open to everything .. so your proposal/advise is most welcome..
I shall be posting up my picture quite soon to help understand where i stand now and i what plan to achieve..

thanks a lot for taking an interest in helping me out.

If you aren't vegetarian then I strongly recommend plenty of chicken, steak and fish for the protein. Protein is the building blocks of muscle. It is preferable to get protein from whole food sources and just "supplement" with whey if you need the extra/convenience.
