    Right so here's the plan
I'm going back to fat, i made the best gains, looked the best and felt the best on high fat

because my calories are soo low atm ( probably 1000 kcals a day, onli eating 2 real meals ) i'm going to increase from 1000 up to 3000 in steps of 200 a day, if i get to 3000 and after 2 weeks i fell it's too much i will step it down

Now that's out of the way

    Breakfast - 6:30

i was thinking 4 eggs and a pint of milk
    or
greek yoghurt and berries( blueberries raspberries , what ever i can get my hands on)

    lunch - 12:00

thinking a can of soup ( just for the first day while i sort the recipe etc for the rest of the week)

    prework out 4:00

a handful of nuts an hour before i train ..... cashews or brazil nuts

    post work out 6:00

    protein shake
whey, 300ml milk and a table spoon of EVOO

    pre bed
    50g of cheese

how does this sound , remember its only for the first day of my new diet trying to build kcals in but not too quick, at a quick glance it looks more than my 1000 kcal limit but havn't worked it out yet

Any and all feed back would be welcomed, just not eat more regularly as it's all part of building my kcals and appetite back up

What's the history/reason behind the current 1000 cal figure?

got lazy really and due to starting work with a new person who doesn't stop to eat, was having problems just getting the food in me

you don't eat a lot for a long time you get used to it , this 100kcals is probably what i would eat if i never started training

    Totally devoid of veg.

Most tinned soup will add a binder such as maize starch, drastically ramping up the carb levels. Plus i wouldnt eat tinned food every day.

Protein intake is too low IMO.

Apart from breakfast, you dont seem to have any decent solid meals there.

    Overall, not great.

i realise about the canned soup .... thats why i said just for the first day while i sort out the ingrediant and recipe for the rest of the week

the protein is low because i want to try and switch my body inot fat burning mode right from day 1 not be on a high protein mid fat diet ( when i say high i mean in comparisson 100kcals isn't alot to play with )

Unless you want to break down alot of muscle, its initially important to keep the protein high when you go on a low carb diet, as your metabolism will use alot of amino acids for fuel during the first 7-10 days.

Do you have an aversion to veg?

You could make this the night before work and take it in a flask:

Chunky beef casserole - Sainsbury's - Try something new today

I just had it for tea before and it was awesome.
