Eat less carbs in the evening, replace the muesli with porridge or have a whey shake with MP's fine powdered oats. Add in omega 3, 6, 9 by eating salmon, mackeral, nuts and using good oils such as hemp or walnut.
Hi guys thought I would post my eating plan, I have been making good progress in the 8 months I have been training. I need to lose some more body fat I'm around 15 to 17% at the mo like to get down to 10%.
My stats are
I'm 28
5'10''
83kg
My diet
Breakfast: Bowl of muesil and whole milk
Snack: Wholemeal Pitta with ham, two apples
Lunch: Brown rice and a tin of tuna
Afternoon Snack: Two Apples
After my workout: Protein shake
Dinner: Four veg, different meat and potato
Its not allways like that I do have the odd bad day. If anyone has any ideas that would help it would be greatly appreciated.
