Can anyone recommend a decent place to find good whole foods? Certain nuts/seeds, sprouted grains, the kind of thing you're not likely to find in Tesco.

Unfortunately there's not a store anywhere near me. I can't believe they don't have one in Cardiff!

    I've been Googling away

An online store would be more convenient but I always begrudge paying delivery...

Julian Graves are online. Delivery is about a fiver. I've used them a couple of times and found it more reliable than going into the shop.
